It’s a beautiful Saturday morning and TNV has the opportunity to speak with 50K Ring Earner:

Mrs. Kimberley Royal

Good afternoon Mrs. Royal. Thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule to speak with TNV.  Tell us where you were born and where you live now?

Thank you for having me!  It’s a blessing to be a part of an extraordinary team. I was born in Los Angeles and raised in Hacienda Heights, California. Following high school, I lived in the Inland Empire area and that’s where I started my LegalShield business.

In 2008, I wanted to be closer to my family and I now call Dallas home.

Can you tell the TNV family, what drew you to LegalShield and what were you doing before coming on board?

A few things that drew me to LegalShield:

  • The idea of entrepreneurship was exciting to me
  • I knew it would help me control my life
  • Having  more time freedom

I worked 40-60 hours a week in corporate America. I was commuting up to 3 hours a day and it was not my ideal life. It wasn’t what I wanted any longer for my family. I was a wife, and my children were much younger. I was dropping them off before the sun rose and picking them up really late in the evenings. I was living paycheck to paycheck without any other options. It felt like a rat race and it had to change.

I was at a point in my life where I was losing control and LegalShield has given me the opportunity to really live out my dreams and have more time to do the things that we love to do as a family.

What keeps you motivated and dedicated to LegalShield?

Motivated: I really strive to get the word out about our services to everyone I encounter every day.  I know what LegalShield has to offer! It is my responsibility to provide all with the resources they need to live their best life!

We live in a world that constantly reminds us of the negative effects of not having equal access to the justice system. It is up to me and others involved in this crusade to change that.

My family are my highest motivators in life. It’s about creating a better lifestyle for us. I know that my short term  sacrifices will offer long term benefits… not  just for my children, but generations to come. Because of the choices that I’m making now with my business, it will give them more options in the future.

Finally, I’m driven to be my best self and live my life full of meaning and purpose. The more I achieve, the better example I can be to help others do the same. Achieving success in this business is rewarding because of the opportunity to motivate, influence, help, encourage, and empower others in a much bigger way.

Dedication: Understanding what I’m connected too, is bigger than me… it’s not about me. I remind myself of this every day. My loyalty and dedication to LegalShield and my Team NuVision family is real and unshakeable. This is a mission, a crusade, and every person matters that’s a part of it.

What’s your life like outside of LegalShield?

I’ve been married for 20 years and I have 4 children, (2 boys and 2 girls). I’m usually in “mommy mode”. I am the kids taxi driver, football mom, cheer mom, a volleyball mom, track mom and the coaches wife. All these roles are wrapped into my family.

I didn’t have the time before, and I take advantage of it more now than ever before. I’m able to take them lunch at school, participate in field trips and travel more as a family.

I love to cook. I enjoy baking! Before LegalShield, I didn’t have time to cook.

My children will tell you that they remember what nights  there were specials at certain fast food places. For instance, they’d say: “Mommy, its’ Taco Tuesday at Jack in the Box”! LegalShield has given me time to devote to my family! I am able to teach my children values and be there for them.

I also enjoy a little personal time. I love trips to the Spa, reading a good book or audio, as well as listening and occasionally writing music. I like quiet time to reflect and relax and spending quality time with friends.

As a 50K Ring Earner, what’s the best advice you’ve been given? Can you share one good tip you have learned that could help someone else?

Answer Advice:

Never compare your success to the success of others… your journey is your journey, your time is your time, your process is your process. A delay is not a denial. It’s about sticking and staying, being committed to the activity, believing in yourself, and having the faith to know your season is coming. Just as we are made special, different, and not to be compared… we must also think of our success that way.

Answer Tip:

Be consistent even when it doesn’t feel like it matters.

Tell us something that the TNV Family doesn’t know about you?

Most people don’t know I was a cheerleader in High School. HA!! Little did I know that was practice for being a great cheerleader in rooting for the success of others in this business!

Mrs. Royal it has been an absolute pleasure to speak with you this evening. The LegalShield and TNV family are so proud of all you have accomplished during your time with the company and the team.

Thank you so much. What an honor!
